Karen Griffin
Owner/CEO
Mrs. Karen Griffin is the founder, President, and CEO of Advanced Global Innovations (AGI) and is a recognized expert in Strategic Planning and Development; Program / Project Management; Corporate and Organizational Growth Strategies; Government and Proposal Management; Marketing Strategies and Resource / Staffing Management. Mrs. Griffin brings over 25+ years of expertise to include Program Management, Risk Management, operational standardization and revenue generation, expert DoD, and Federal sales strategies to help her customers and clients. Her background spans pipeline growth across multiple business domains achieving over $800M in total contracts. She is experienced in cross-functional pursuits, identifying, and developing opportunities and strategic partnerships for business expansion. Karen has solid experience in ERP technologies (Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft, etc.), business development, and hands-on implementation, Program / Project, and portfolio management experience. Mrs. Griffin is a former Oracle Senior Practice Director whose responsibilities spanned all the Oracle Federal Financials Implementations within Oracle’s DOD practice. During her tenure at Oracle, Karen spent more than 7 years at Oracle, managing large, complex projects within the Department of Defense (DOD) and Department of Navy (DON) including Military Sealift Command (MSC), TRICARE Management Activity (TMA), Peterson AFB, Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Center (AMARC), ASA-FM PMW, Army Corps of Engineers, etc. Prior to Oracle, Karen worked as a Project Manager implementing Oracle and SAP R3 ERP applications in the Aerospace, Energy, and Manufacturing industries. Karen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Alderson-Broaddus College and possesses an in-depth of knowledge of many COTS applications and technologies.

Mr. Jonathan Griffin II joined Advanced Global Innovations (AGI) in August 2021. He brings an extensive background in graphic design, website design, as well as marketing. He also provides tech writing and other services. Prior to joining AGI, he was a former Assistant Athletic Director and Media Relations professional in collegiate athletics for Glenville State University. He spent over a decade administering and promoting the Blue and White in a tenure that began in September 2009. His role at GSU included event management, statistics and website maintenance for the athletics department. He also revamped the department's social media presence and provided graphic design work for all department graphics, posters, brochures, media guides and marketing materials. Additionally, Griffin took a lead role in Glenville State’s business sponsorship program to create advertising revenue for the Department of Athletics. He also led the department’s communications and marketing efforts for GSU’s 19 intercollegiate sports. Griffin also currently serves as the Director of Membership Services and Operations for the Mountain East Conference (MEC). The MEC is an NCAA Division II Conference with 12 member institutions which are located in West Virginia, Ohio, and Maryland.
